Pros

    • Two paddles for kneading the tough dough better.
    • The lack of mess and ease of cleaning.

    • Doesn’t take up a lot of space.
    • Makes conventionally shaped rectangular loaves that are easy to slice and look beautiful.

      		 Cons

      • Expensive.
      • It’s made for a 2-pound loaf, and if you make a smaller one it’s going to come out lopsided.
      • The pan is not very nonstick. You have to shake it pretty hard to get the bread out.
      • The “add” beeping feature is loud, and makes it impossible to use overnight.
      • There is no indicator if you don’t have the bread pan properly inserted. So you might end up with a cooked mass of unmixed ingredients.
      • The programmability options are very limited.
      • Controls are not intuitive. You will have to read the instructions.
      • The bread pan is not dishwasher safe.
      • Poor (top) crust control.
