The only complaint I have about this mouse is that I want everything, but can’t have it. The Marble Mouse was awesome for web browsing with its “forward” and “back” buttons, which this doesn’t have. So, horrors, I have to move the pointer all the way up to the “back” button on my browser and click the button- or use Alt+left arrow. There’s room on either side of the two main buttons where the same “forward” and “back” buttons might be placed.

I use this myself and recommend it for all of my patients who have any degree of carpal tunnel symptoms. A regular mouse can cause carpal tunnel. This thumb trackball prevents it and can diminish symptoms if you have carpal tunnel pain. (A center trackball won’t do it–it takes a thumb trackball like this to get the benefits.)
