Frye Carson Shortie are comfortable, made of antiqued leather, cowboy style boots. They come in a variety of beautiful colors. About sizing: on one hand the boots run a little big, but on the other they are rather narrow. They look stylish with jeans, both over and under.

What do people say
The leathers are sumptuous, the colors unusual, and the pricing reasonable. What I especially like about my Carson short boots in pink is the rubbing, “staining,” and waxing treatment that make them look worn from the moment I stepped into them. They have just enough heel to give me a sexy cowgirl strut and I can wear them all day while on my feet teaching without foot fatigue.

I am a size 7 1/2 and took the advice of another customer on these boots and sized down. I\’m glad I did, as they are still a little long, but with a thickish sock they fit perfectly and comfortably. Frye does cut these narrow, so if your foot is wide I would recommend staying true to your size. Overall, I love them and they look every bit as good on as they do on the internet.
